I was pleasantly surprised by the top-notch service from the staff at the reservation and reception. They were very friendly and helpful, making my check-in and stay smooth and enjoyable. the room service was impeccable, always prompt and attentive to any requests. the bar and lounge area had a great atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the dinner options were excellent, especially the special diet menus available. the breakfast with the eggs Benedict station was a true delight, served with a to-die-for view. the hotel's spa & wellness centre was fantastic, offering a range of treatments and relaxation options. the outdoor swimming pool and private beach with easy access to family attractions and malls were a definite highlight. the location by the waterfront on the island of Palm was stunning, with shuttle buses available to shopping malls and other attractions nearby.

While the overall service was exceptional, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. Clear communication on charges and check-out times would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Fairmont in Dubai offered relaxing, uncrowded pools with perfect temperatures. the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and majestic. Great dining options nearby and friendly service made our visit memorable.

WiFi costs £20 daily. Breakfast is pricey at around £30 per person.

I recently stayed at a stunning property set on a unique island that's reshaped into a palm tree. The amenities and experiences were beyond luxurious, with opportunities to enjoy nature trails, water activities, and delicious dining options. I particularly loved the evening Suhoor offerings, blending various cuisines seamlessly. The diverse activities catered to all tastes, making it a memorable vacation spot for both relaxation and excitement. I even discovered a hidden talent for cooking at the studio. It was a truly delightful experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and culturally enriched.

The hotel's decor and public areas were truly exquisite, reminiscent of a grand palace with beautiful chandeliers and elegant furnishings. The easy accessibility for senior people was a delightful surprise, with well-placed handrails and spacious elevators making it easier for us to navigate the hotel without any difficulties.

Just one small request, it would be wonderful if the children of the staff could be a little more mindful about not disturbing the peace and quiet that many senior guests enjoy during their vacation.

Arrived at a luxurious hotel and was delighted to have exclusive access to a private pool. the room had exclusive amenities, and it was glamorous to be able to use them whenever I needed them. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, the heated swimming pool was superb, and sauna was grand. At the outdoor swimming pool, I enjoyed the view and relaxed on the sun terrace.

The dining options were limited, and the dinner was the only meal I could have at the restaurant. the halal food was great, but I would have preferred more options for lunch.

Stayed one night and got upgraded to the presidential suite, thanks to the lovely reception lady. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location near Nakheel mall was convenient, and the restaurant options were fantastic. a 5-star experience.

During our family stay at The Bespoke Tailors and The Louis Club, we experienced unparalleled luxury and impeccable service. The tailors crafted exquisite suits for myself and my sons, while at the exclusive member's club, we indulged in the finest bespoke cocktails and enjoyed a refined ambience fit for gentlemen.

My wife says that the private members club lacked child-friendly amenities.

We decided to visit a hotel in the desert near the beach on a Saturday when everything was open. The location was amazing, and we had easy access to the Riva private beach club. The room was cozy with a big balcony and a view. The bathroom was spotless, and the room service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet and dinner were delicious, and the staff was very polite and attentive. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained, and we had towel service and a complimentary bottle of water.

There was a downside to our stay. The lack of a playground for kids made it challenging to keep them entertained after the kids club closed.

The afternoon tea at Fairmont The Palm was a delightful 5* culinary experience, yet service lacked warmth initially. Savory options were limited. Nonetheless, the overall atmosphere, amenities, and friendly staff will definitely draw me back.

The hotel offers privileged access to top-notch facilities, from nature trails to boat tours. The combination of comfort and local culture is a perfect vacation oasis. The Bubbles & Blooms afternoon tea is a delightful experience with delicious treats and beautiful floral arrangements.

During my business trip to Dubai, the director chose Fairmont for our accommodation, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The extensive health club at Fairmont The Palm was a major highlight for me. The daily group exercise classes taught by personal trainers were top-notch, and I truly appreciated the variety of fitness options available. Amidst my busy schedule, I found solace in enjoying the property's hot tubs and the heated outdoor pool, which provided much needed relaxation after a long day of work. The mountain adventures offered by the hotel were also a unique touch, adding a sense of adventure to my stay.

The construction on the beachfront is a real problem - Had I known about that before I booked the room, I would not have done so.

We thoroughly enjoyed the daily visits to the kids club. Anya loved it and the staff were always exceptional. The Seafire grill was our favourite restaurant. we would recommend Fairmont to any family visiting Dubai.

We had a pleasant weekend at this beautiful location. the room was spacious, beds comfortable, and the view stunning. Check-in was fast and the staff were nice and kind. We liked everything about our stay. the property was well-maintained, spotless, and the staff provided excellent service. the only suggestion would be to improve the facilities for kids, but our child still had a great time at the swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont. the staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the room maid. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. We had some issues with construction on the beach, but the Gold Standard Manager, Olga, provided us with a suitable solution. the room was spacious with a great view from the balcony. the beds were comfortable, and the room service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the superb breakfast and the convenient valet parking. the hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and spacious. Despite the beach being under construction, they provided access to a private beach nearby. We look forward to returning once the construction is finished.

The staff, especially Mr Armin, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by giving a free upgrade to a family suite with a private jacuzzi - the kids were over the moon! The terrace on the second floor was huge and cozy, and the Flow kitchen buffet catered well to both vegans and meat-eaters - top-notch variety and taste! 🌟 Despite the complimentary phone calls, I found the Wi-Fi charges a bit off-key, but overall.

The friendly and helpful personnel truly made the stay unforgettable. The hotel's amenities and services, such as the outdoor swimming pool, fitness studio, and beach access, truly added to the overall chiq and wonderful experience.
